We are 100% committed to keeping everyone in the Zetec Services Limited family happy and healthy, by providing the highest quality service to our staff and clients. We work with you to offer a specialised bespoke service to your agreed specification and individual requirements.

We provide regular management checks to all our locations, to give all our client’s peace of mind. Zetec is always happy to review and adapt our services to suit your needs, so constructive feedback is always welcome as we want to offer our staff and clients the best possible service.

How Zetec Started

The idea for Zetec Services Limited arrived when our Director and his family started volunteering their time helping Hands On Hand Out. This great charity provides hot food, warm clothing and hygiene essentials to homeless and vulnerable people across London.

Justine Pillar, the founder of Hands-on Hand Out, makes a huge impact on homeless and vulnerable lives. Meeting her was a huge inspiration to our Director, who wanted to find more ways to support the people he met while volunteering with her organisation.

Developing Zetec involved talking to well over 200+ charities and housing associations to identify where these organisations need help, and it became apparent that one of the biggest issues those organisations face is trying to find good quality staff to work with people that have complex needs. So, after spending several months working closely with charities, Zetec Services Limited was founded to address that challenge.

I managed a service on behalf of Providence Row Housing Association that houses and supports rough sleepers. The project was based in London. Due to it being at the height of the Omicron surge in December 2021, we needed to recruit a number of staff members. It was also the week of Christmas, this proved challenging to find good quality staff who were client focussed and could start at short notice. Zetec Services arranged some candidates and we were able to recruit 2 excellent candidates. The staff members that we received were of a high standard and able to work with a challenging group and had a positive influence on the service. I would highly recommend Zetec Services.
